Bundled Up

Mike and I were out running errands and the leaves looked so beautiful we decided to snap some quick outfit photos to capture the fall look. Luckily I had my camera with me; The leaves are at their peak and just about to fall completely. It seems incredibly fitting outside for it to be the week of Thanksgiving and this outfit pretty much sums up my look every year around this time. 

We've gotten to the point in New York where there is consistently a nice crisp chill in the air. Although it's not winter out, you definitely need a good fall coat and on some days a hat. This coat I bought ten years ago at American Eagle and I still pull it out every fall. I absolutely love it. 

I've also been wearing quite a lot of mustard recently. It feels incredibly autumnal to me and for some reason my eye is drawn to it in my closet. Knowing that I would be wearing my navy colored coat, I decided to tie things together with these navy tights and bobble hat.

 If you follow my blog, you probably know that I am a big fan of the bobble hat. I picked this one up recently when I saw it because I knew it would go with pretty much anything.
